Mr. Shirish Naregalkar has over 35 years of experience in Automobile industry, Pharmaceuticals, Bearings industry, glass industry in fields like Industrial engineering, Packaging development and Quality Assurance.

He has held critical technical and management positions at Munjal Auto Industries (Hero Group), FAG Bearings (Schaeffler group) and Alembic Ltd. Mr. Shirish holds an exceptional proficiency in Project Management and has handled more than 100 projects in these companies in the past decade as Project and Manufacturing Head. He is also a Lean Manufacturing Expert and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, TS-16949 and a SAP P4 implementer in Pharmaceutical industry.

A staunch supporter of Entrepreneurship, he believes in imparting strength to the new generation innovators and entrepreneurs to bring a positive change in existing systems.

Dr Kasturi R Naik, Founder of ‘Kasturi Image & Emotions’, is the recipient of “Best Emerging Emotional Consultant From Mumbai” 2019 by a leading marketing research consultancy. She was also conferred with “ICON Award” 2019 by KDGB committee for her enriching work in field of emotional intelligence, personality enhancement, stress management and leadership development.

Dr. Kasturi is associated as Assistant Professor with DES’s NMITD in the Management Department, she is a PhD with Stress Management, MMS, BPHARM, DLL, Internationally Certified & Licensed Life Coach, Image Consultant, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, NLP Practitioner and 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioner. Her research capabilities are self proven through the 30+ research papers that she has published nationally and internationally

Dr. K. Balakrishnan holds a PhD in Chemistry and has over 30 years of successful career as Professor at Mumbai University affiliated SIES (South Indian Education Society) College, which is NAAC-A accredited College, recognized with National Quality Award (Education Category) and Higher Education Forum’s “Innovation Award”. The College is also known for its notable alumni like Shankar Mahadevan, Shreya Ghoshal, Sudha Menon, Hariharan and many more.

Dr. Balakrishnan has served as a Lecturer in Mumbai University for specialized subjects like Pharmaceutical Analysis and Forensic Science. At present, he is a Management Representative and Co-ordinator of SIES ICS (Institute of chromatography and spectroscopy). He is also a sports mind trainer and is a National A-Grade Basketball Referee and Former Secretary of Maharashtra State Basketball Referee’s Association (MSBRA). He is a Master in Neuro-linguistic Programming from NFNLP (National Federation of Neuro-linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy certified by Dr. Brian David Phillips.

He believes in the philosophy of ‘Mind Over Matter’ and upholds that everything can be achieved with a positively trained mind. His mantra in life is to help people become consistently successful – just like a coach helps bring out the best in his players and make them Winners!
